Rachael Druyor

Director of Quality

Rachael Druyor, director of quality, joined Vista Maria in December 2022 and leads the agency’s process improvement efforts through monitoring, oversight of investigations, audits, policy management and accreditation. She brings more than 10 years of nonprofit experience, including work as a community mental health therapist and in compliance and risk management. Rachael is passionate about helping children, continuous learning and using data to guide process improvements to provide high-quality services for clients and families.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from Madonna University.
