Kathy Regan

Chief Financial Officer

Kathy is a talented and seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations. She brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as financial planning & analysis, financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and long term budgetary oversight. Kathy has aided the agency in the development of strategic planning and business development financial models, budget integration practices, as well as operational and corporate planning disciplines in order to continue Vista Maria’s success as a leader in the child welfare programming arena.

Kathy joined the Executive Leadership Team at Vista Maria in January 2013. She served as the President of Vista Affordable Housing Inc. from 2013-2016 and has extended her commitment to children and families in Wayne County as a member of the Insight Youth & Family Connections Board of Directors. She has lead the construction of two facilities dedicated to the treatment of human trafficking victims, a facility for supervised independent living, a new secure front entrance, and the installation of fully redundant power throughout our 37-acre campus.

Before joining the Vista Maria team, Kathy was the Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance with Entertainment Promotions, L.L.C. in Troy, Michigan. Kathy earned her BA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
