Megan Zambiasi, MA, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Megan has more than 30 years of experience in clinical and behavioral health leadership and administration. As an executive leader with a proven track record of operational and financial success in outpatient, residential and inpatient settings, she joins Vista Maria as a strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex behavioral health issues. Under Megan’s leadership, Vista Maria will continue to develop its programming and advance family-driven, youth-engaged treatment and care.
Before joining Vista Maria, Megan served as senior executive vice president of operations and strategy at Hope Network, a nonprofit social services organization headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Hope Network has locations across Michigan and is recognized as a premier provider of specialized residential, outpatient, employment and social services for individuals with disabilities, behavioral health concerns and other barriers.
For 19 years, Megan also served in various roles at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, where she was senior director of clinical services and the Psychiatric Urgent Care Center. Pine Rest is a nonprofit organization in Grand Rapids that offers a full continuum of services, including psychiatric urgent care, inpatient and partial hospitalization, residential, outpatient and teletherapy services, addiction treatment and recovery, extensive child and adolescent programs, senior care services, and specialized assessment and treatment clinics.
Megan earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University, as well as a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in integrated management from Michigan State University.
