Rachael Druyor

Director of Quality

Rachael Druyor, Director of Quality, joined Vista Maria in December 2022, leads our process improvement efforts through monitoring, oversight of investigations, audits, policy management, and accreditation.  She brings over 10 years of non-profit experience including work as a community mental health therapist, and in compliance and risk management.  Her passion for helping children, learning, and utilizing data to guide process improvements to provide high quality services for our clients and families.

Rachael obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology and Master of Science in clinical psychology from Madonna University.
